PUDU D5-W Wheeled quadruped for patrol and inspection
A wheeled quadruped that patrols paved areas, lots and large facilities on a set route, carries up to 30 kg, and runs in rain or heat.
Where it works
- Perimeter and parking-lot patrol on a repeating route after hours.
- Inspection rounds of large outdoor facilities such as stadiums and athletic fields.
- Carrying tools or supplies alongside a grounds crew, following a person.
- Checking a site after a storm before staff walk it.
Day to day
The D5-W runs 2 to 3 hours per charge on a 1,000 Wh battery, climbs 25 cm steps and 45 degree slopes, and is rated IP67 against dust and water. It navigates on its own with dual 3D LiDAR and four fisheye cameras, or follows a person. The inspection kit and charging dock are optional and sold separately.
